Withdrawal and Refund Policy

  1. Students may submit a withdrawal request from the training course at any time, whether before or after the course starts.
  2. Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the electronic request system on the platform or via the communication channels listed on the website.
  3. The platform does not provide refunds for tuition fees upon withdrawal from a course. However, students who submit a withdrawal request before the seventh day from the course start date may postpone their studies or join another course with an equivalent fee.
  4. Students who submit a withdrawal request after the end of the seventh day from the course start date are not eligible for postponement or transfer to another equivalent course using the fees of the withdrawn course.
