3. Payment of fees is considered final confirmation of enrollment in the program.
4. The platform and payment gateway records are the official reference for financial transactions.
5. The institute is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks or user errors.
6. The institute reserves the right to suspend or reject any transaction that violates regulations.
7. The institute may amend these terms at any time.
8. All disputes are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
9. Payments must be made in Omani Rial only.
